Arriving with my family, we quickly appreciated the spacious, immaculate rooms with stunning views, ideal after our long drives from Vancouver. What truly stood out was the culinary experience. On Friday night, we dined in the restaurant, where I savored traditional dishes crafted from local ingredients. Each bite felt like a celebration of the region's rich flavors. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it perfect for both families and couples. Mariana, the only staff member, ensured our coffee in the morning was spot on, even if breakfast could use a bit of tweaking. After exploring Pamplona and Logroño, we enjoyed some downtime at the cafe, sipping great coffee while our daughters played nearby. It's an eco-resort that nurtures both palate and tranquility.
